Shipping Policy
We proudly offer free shipping by EMS! Please note that we require 3 to 7 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 10 to 20 business days. Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.

Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@koribike.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Returns:
By placing an order on our store, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our store. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
KORIBIKE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team at support@koribike.com.
Koribike offers a 2-year warranty on EVERY products.
Warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorized by Koribike to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).
Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution Koribike can offer may vary. To assist with a quick resolution, photos and videos will generally be required to be emailed. Once the fault/issue is clarified, we may offer replacement parts to the customer. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties. The replacement will be subject to the remainder of the original Warranty Period.You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Refund Policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product you have 48 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. You can reach out to us here support@koribike.com.
Shipping
To return your product, you should email us at support@koribike.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RETURN POLICY
You can return brand new, unopened items within 30 days after you received product for a full refund. But you might need to pay for the return shipping & restocking fee.
Restocking fee will be 5% of the product price.
You should expect to receive your refund within five weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10 to 20 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
